How can we alleviate suffering and improve the quality of life for those in pain?

At Adneuris Therapeutics, we are driven by a profound commitment to transforming the lives of patients living with pain and addiction. Guided by science and innovation, our mission is to develop targeted solutions that address unmet medical needs with significant social impact.
With a patient-first approach, we focus on advancing therapies that not only alleviate suffering, but also restore hope and quality of life for patients living with pain, their caregivers, and their loved ones. Together, we’re shaping a future where meaningful breakthroughs redefine care for those who need it most.
A history of uncompromising and transformative thinking
Headquartered in Central New Jersey, Adneuris Therapeutics strives to improve the lives of those affected by pain by pursuing better outcomes and advanced treatments. To that end, Adneuris has introduced a first-in-class pain therapy leveraging dual-nociceptin/orphanin FQ peptide (NOP) receptor and µ-opioid peptide (MOP) receptor agonism (referred to as dual-NMR agonism) – cebranopadol. We tirelessly pursue innovative approaches to solving the problems that otherwise erode the quality of life for people with pain. Recent clinical results have added to the growing body of data underscoring the promising efficacy and safety profile of cebranopadol in acute pain.1 Adneuris’s current plans also include conducting Phase 3 trials in chronic pain.
